Starting your claim is easier than you might think.

Claims Process

1. Initial instructions & assessment

After your initial instructions, we will assess the case for strengths and weaknesses.

2. Legal expenses review

We then review whether you have Legal Expenses Insurance or not and proceed to sign the Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA) of 'No win, No fee'.

3. Medical reports

We then determine whether you have a case to pursue and obtain your medical records and an experts report as well as .

4. Letter of claim

A letter of claim is prepared and sent.

5. Attempt to settle

We will attempt to settle the case, failing which, court proceedings will be issued.
